What kind of diet pills do you offer, a tablet or capsule?

We provide blue speckeled tablets.  We found the tablets to be effective appetite suppressants.

Will you be charged automatically each month?

No. If you would like to reorder, you need to do so online or by telephone.

Where are the products made?

All products are manufactured in the United States and shipped from our USA logistics providers.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, prepaid credit cards and money orders.

Do you accept cash on delivery (COD) payments?

No, but we do accept money orders.

When mailing a money order, include your first and last name, telephone number, shipping address and the product name and amount that you are ordering.

Shipping

Do you need to sign for the package?

Yes, a signature is required. We can release the required signature on the package by request. If you are ordering online, write NO SIGNATURE in the SPECIAL NOTES INSTRUCTIONS section of the order form. **Once our carrier  releases the package on your doorstep, the package is your responsibility. Recommended for secure neighborhoods only and not accepted for apartments.

What method of shipping is used?

All products are shipped via the shipping option you select when ordering.

When are orders shipped?

All orders placed before 12:000pm eastern time and that are successfully processed are shipped that same business day.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you click on an Order link for a product, you will be taken to a secure server where you will submit some personal information, i.e. billing and shipping addresses. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will submit your order for processing. You will then see a confirmation page.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT MY ORDER?
Our order fulfillment staff will review the information you have submitted and package your order. Orders typically will go into processing immediately, and may take up to 1-3 business days to   ship by our logistics experts. You will be able to track your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICIES?
All information we collect (i.e. e-mail address, credit card numbers) is used only to fulfill our customer orders. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. We do not share any of your information with any other third parties.

Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported immediately.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES?
Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to our shipping department for fulfillment. Once your order has been processed, it will be filled and shipped within one to three business days. We will notify you only if there is a problem with your order.

There is a $15 charge for address changes once the order has been processed.

We are able to ship P.O. BOXES through USPS Mail. We cannot send orders via FedEx to a PO Box.

Please note: We do not ship orders on weekends or legal holidays.

WHAT ARE YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES?
Orders sent outside of the United States cost $29.99 (and up depending on weight) and are generally delivered within 6-14 business days. Because of the rising fuel costs and increased security requirements on packages, there is an additional International Processing Fee (amount varies on the country). Any orders shipped outside the United States must be placed using the international country destination. In the event that you place an international order as a domestic order, we reserve the right to bill your credit card the difference in shipping costs. This fee does not apply to orders shipped within the United States. All prices are in US Dollars.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
All sales are final, there are absolutely no refunds on purchases  once orders have been shipped. There is a $20 fee for any cancellation made prior to shipment from our distribution center. We will never refund the cost of a product if the customer refuses delivery.

CHARGEBACKS AND REVERSALS
We take all charge backs / reversal of credit/debit card charges very seriously. There should not be any reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If you feel that you are eligible for a refund, please contact our Customer Support Department so we may investigate the matter; we will gladly issue refunds to any customer who is eligible. Customers should be aware that unnecessary charge backs are considered theft and can be prosecuted. If you believe that your credit/debit card was used in a fraudulent manner, you must contact us first so we may assist you. Any and all instances of charge backs may be viewed as cases of fraudulent use of our product and misuse of our website as stated in the privacy policy. In occurrences where we have shipped a product and by using whatever verification software available that a customer has received said product and/or refused or returned product(s), whether or not they have opened the packaging or used the product in any way, possible actions taken by this company may include filing a complaint with the Internet Crimes Bureau and/or local authorities, or reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities in your state to investigate theft of product and possible mail fraud which is a Federal Crime. If you choose to claim that your online purchase was fraudulent, we will use the IP address as digital proof of who and where the order was placed and will be submitted to the proper authorities. This information may be used in a civil and criminal case against a customer if there is fraudulent use or theft of product(s). We will also place your name, address, zip code, your computer’s IP address (whether personal or your place of business) and credit card number into an Internet fraud database. Almost 100% of internet Credit Card companies rely on these databases to assess credit risk and placement on these lists may cause future online purchases to be denied. Please be aware that we have no control over these databases, and once a name has been added it is very difficult to be extricated. Do not put yourself at risk by submitting a charge back. If you are due a refund, please contact us for assistance.

What is the color of the tablet?

It is a blue speck tablet, and the color of the tablet may vary from the picture on the website.  Your monitor color settings and hardware color capabilities may impact the colors available on your display screen.
